I had an amazing stay at this 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, as it was quite close to the center and even within walking distance to the Holy Trinity church. The view from the rooftop was breathtaking, allowing me to see all the historic landmarks of the city. The rooms were tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable, making me feel right at home. They even served me a welcome drink upon arrival! the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

the rooms were amazing, sparkling clean and beautifully decorated with enough space. the rooftop terrace was my favorite spot, the breathtaking view made my stay even more special. the pool was a great bonus, and the good-quality house wine at a fair price was a plus. the staff was friendly and their hospitality was great. the location was very convenient, close to main attractions and easy to find.
Walking at night was not the best idea as the hotel is located down small, dark lanes and it can be a bit scary. the distance to Old Town was a long walk but still manageable during the day.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel! Best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities , location quite close to the center and to the Holy Trinity church, and the staff's kindness and helpfulness.

We had a great stay at Ma Xata Bed & Breakfast. The room wasnice and neat, with a amazing view of the city skyline at night. The host was friendly and gave us great recommendations for exploring Tbilisi. We even got to try their delicious homemade wine. a highly recommended stay.

It was not easy to find the hotel, despite being quite close to the center and to the main city area. the breakfast was nice, with good options. the room and bathroom were not as clean as expected. Although the view was good from the rooftop, the terrace and pool were not as nice as described in other reviews.
The staff was not very helpful, and the language barrier made it difficult to communicate basic requests.
